Can I return custom printed promotional products?

Custom products cannot be returned once production has started.

Because your items are made specifically for you, returns are not accepted after printing. However, we eliminate risk upfront through our proven process:

  • Provide photos or return a sample product

Once reviewed, we will determine the best solution, which may include a replacement or correction.
